Copy of Bank Statements for the last 12 months (All Current & Savings Accounts where income/rentals are credited, plus any other existing accounts) in PDF format
Copy of Original Sanction Letter for all existing loans
Loan Account Statement or Repayment Track Record for existing loans
CIBIL Report of all borrowers with score (Recently generated, not more than 2 weeks old)
3 Years Complete Set of Income Tax Returns (ITRs)
Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement and Balance Sheet
All Schedules & Annexures, Audit & Tax Audit Report (For all individuals and associated entities)
Copy of GST Returns for the last 15 months
Copy of Form 26AS (Current Year + Past 2 Financial Years)
Copy of Rent Agreement and past 12 months Bank Statements reflecting Rent Received/Paid (If applicable)
Copies of all available Property documents along with the previous chain of agreement
Society/Construction-related documents (Agreement, Share Certificate front & back, IOD, CC, OC, Approved Plans)
Society Registration Certificate, Property Tax Bills, and Payment Receipts
No Dues Certificate & Initial NOC to Mortgage
